Hi, I'm Frank Still. I founded Action Web Media in 1993. Since then, my business has grown steadily. Though I am a sole proprietor, I also employ contractors -- each of them an expert in their respective technologies and skills -- to handle all aspects of Internet development. So, "our company" really consists of many different people with many different talents. Working together on projects, we leverage our combined Internet experience to deliver world-class results.

My Philosophy
I believe there is no such thing as the "Jack of All Trades." There can be experts at one or even several Internet technologies, but not all of them. There are simply too many components of Internet development to be handled effectively by one person. Hence, I developed my team approach, as described above.

Only In America
I also believe it is important to keep jobs here, in America. Many technology companies hire offshore contractors to perform a range of tasks at a fraction of the cost of a U.S. employee payroll.

While this is great for the bottom line, I do not believe it's good for my fellow American workers, nor do I believe it is good for the American economy. For these reasons, I pledge to always hire only American contractors to work at Action Web Media.
